Time is a dimension, a four-dimensional space that exists on a plane of existence. A plane has three dimensions, height, width and length. In the fourth dimension, time, the world rotates around the axis of space. In fact, it doesn't actually move at all.
The world moves as people move from place to place on the plane of existence. However, on this plane of existence where time exists, everything stays still. That's what we call 'time'.
